We are excited to announce the re-establishment of Shoreline brand as a management consulting firm focussed on the needs of asset and wealth management industry clients across Asia Pacific.
After four successful years operating under Bridge Consulting, John DiBiase, Bruce Russell and Craig Plane have decided to re-establish the Shoreline brand with a continued focused on industry-specific strategy and implementation services centred around four key areas; Operating Model Design, IT Strategy & Architecture, Product Advisory and Project Delivery.
The firm’s origins date back to 2009, when John DiBiase and Bruce Russell established Shoreline as a specialist consulting firm, having previously worked together as investment industry consultants since 2005. As a result the re-establishment of Shoreline represents a return to the firm’s heritage, while at the same time allowing us to provide greater focus on assisting our clients adapt to a rapidly changing industry environment. Fellow Director, Craig Plane, will continue to lead the Singapore office under Shoreline and brings added expertise in Operational Due Diligence and Business Process Optimisation gained throughout Asia Pacific.
The leadership team of Shoreline will consist of John DiBiase as Managing Director, and Bruce Russell and Craig Plane as Directors of our Melbourne and Singapore offices. Also joining Shoreline from Bridge will be 12 consultants and industry specialists, ensuring a continued focus on providing expertise and tangible outcomes to our existing clients. Our consulting team will be based in offices in Sydney, Melbourne and Singapore, allowing us to continue to service clients across the Asia Pacific region.
